02 – Bookings
Holiday bookings are subject to availability. Should the holiday you have chosen nolonger be available a similar holiday will be proposed where possible. Booking acceptance will be sent by fax or E-mail by the Tour Operator who will consider the booking confirmed only after having received a 30% deposit or the full cost of the holiday. The Tour Operator is responsible for making sure that each part of the holiday booked is provided to a reasonable standard.

03 – Prices
Prices are quoted in EURO and include accommodation, taxes, service; they do not include any personal expenses or additional fees such as telephone calls, items from the mini-bar, services, cleaning, deposits for apartment accommodation, etc.

04 – Payments
Upon confirmation of a booking, a 25% deposit must be paid. Payment of the balance is due no later than 30 days before departure for Italy.

05 – Travel documents
Travel documents will be sent (to fax or address provided) by the Tour Operator only after having received the total amount on the holiday invoice.

06 –Termination of the holiday in advance
If the holiday is brought to an end before the foreseen return date, no reimbursement shall be made.

07 – Cancellation of the holiday before departure
If you cancel your booking the Tour Operator will reimburse the total amount paid minus the following cancellation charges and minus any possible agency expenses. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of the booking. The days indicated are to be considered “working days” before departure.

From 30 days before your arrival: 30% penality
From 29th to 14th day before your arrival : 50% penality
From 13th to 03rd day before your arrival : 75% penality
From 02nd day before your arrival and No show : 100% penalty.

08 – Changes to your booking
For changes made to existing bookings, the Tour Operator will have to cover processing costs and sometimes have to pay penalties charged by suppliers. The Tour Operator will charge the changes costs plus the travel booking caharges

09 – Complaints regarding booked services
Claims can only be made by the client once the full cost of the holiday has been paid. However, any complaints should be reported immediately to the supplier in resort and also to the Tour Operator, in written form, during the holiday. If the complaint is not sorted out during the holiday period, a registered letter should be sent to the Tour Operator within 10 days of returning from your holiday. Eden Viaggi has taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the services are provided to a reasonable standard and are provided as described in the web pages. Le volpi ciccione is not responsible for any changes made by the supplier of which they have not been informed. Any suggestions from the client will be gladly accepted in order to improve the level of services and accommodation provided.

10 - Legal jurisdiction
For any dispute, the Civil Court of Modena is to be acknowledged as the sole competent authority.

11 - Warranty Fund
A warranty fund has been established by the ‘Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri’ (Italian Government Authorities) to safeguard the client in the case of Tour Operator insolvency or bankruptcy, safeguarding a holiday refund and repatriation of the clients if abroad.

12 – Technical Organization

Compulsory communication according to article 16 of the law 269/98:
the Italian law punishes with imprisonment all crimes concerning prostitution and juvenille pornography, even if they are committed abroad.

LE VOLPI CICCIONE S.r.l. is covered by policy with the NAVALE ASSICURAZIONI S.p.a. insurance company for tort liability, in conformity with the legislative decree 111 of 17/03/1995.
